2020 Cardwell Golf Club Awards Presentation Dinner
On Saturday evening the Cardwell Golf Club Awards Presentation dinner was held and all Club Champions received their prizes. It was a lovely evening in the Bunker at the Club which was spruced up for the evening with curtains, twinkling lights, candlelight and bougainvillea! The golfers present looked totally different from their usual, they were all dressed up!! A wonderful 3 course meal catered by Stu and Monique and their staff from the Seabreeze Café was enjoyed by all. Prawns for the cocktails were generously provided by Seafarm. The Club Championship prizes were sponsored by Craig and Ellen-May Teitzel, Tully IGA, who were present to award the prizes and also to catch up with their many friends. Unfortunately because of work and other commitments not all recipients could attend.

Men’s ‘B’ Grade Champion – Ian Burchell – 333 gross.
Men’s ‘B’ Grade Nett – Greg Smith – 300 nett.
Men’s ‘C’ Grade Champion – Ron Ash – 344 gross.
Men’s ‘C’ Grade Nett – Terry Moss – 296 nett.
Men’s ‘D’ Grade Champion – Chris Taylor – 385 gross.

The final prize of the night was awarded by Keith Hoare. He collected data all year for the men's eclectic and the winner was Greg Smith!
